Payment Information

Just so you know:                                                                                             

When you place an order with Love4floors.co.uk, you are making an offer to buy goods. Upon Receipt of your offer we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your offer to purchase from us. We will then check the price and availability of the goods. If we accept your order, we will email you again to confirm that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, or description mistake, we will advise you of this and there will be no contract between us. In the event of this we would not take payment from you until we have confirmed the correct description & accepted your order. Once payment has been received your order will be processed. Please note: Love4Floors Ltd may require copies of legal photographic identification if your delivery address is not the same as the registered address on your debit or credit card.

Love4floors Ltdwill accept payment by many different means which include by credit card, debit card, bank transfer and PayPal. Unfortunately, we can not accept liability for any charges made by banks for bank transfer services.

Sampling & Colour Variation

Please Take Note: At Love4Floors Ltd we aim to help you chose your perfect floor, which is why we offer our simple sample ordering service. The Love4Floors team are able to offer you 2 free samples of any of our products, samples will then be charged at £1.50 per unit thereafter.

The samples which Love4Floors provide are there for guidance reasons and might not be the exact match to your entire floor; due to natural variation in this product.  The Love4Floors Team will do our best to provide you with the closest matching sample to the product. Although, we cannot be held responsible for the slight variation. If you have any Queries about your order, please feel free to get in touch with a member of our team.


Delivery Considerations

Please take note: Deliveries are made on your requested day approximately between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Unfortunately requests for an Estimated Time of Delivery are at the courier’s discretion and can be requested until after 11am Monday-Friday, this service is not available on weekends or Bank Holidays. Where possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times, exceptions may apply.

All delivery services could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.

If your order arrives as arranged but your unable to receive because there's nobody at home, there's not sufficient help available, the goods are refused, or the order is cancelled whilst in transit (goods are in transit 48hrs before the chosen delivery date) you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is an £ 85.00 minimum or £ 0.70 per kg, whichever the greater.

It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem. In cases such as this, along with the signed delivery note, we would request you take photographs to document the issue & give the Love4Floors team as much insight to the problem as possible.

We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses, therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked.

Standard delivery is made to the kerb side due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property.


Returns and cancellations

We are sure you will be pleased with your purchase from us, we pride ourselves in supplying top quality goods at great value. However, sometimes things don't go to plan and we understand that people change their minds.

If necessary, you can cancel your full order with us at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery for a full refund of your products. We are also happy to accept back any flooring or accessories you have left over after completing your installation for a small 25% restocking fee (restrictions may apply). To do this, please contact us and we will be happy to refund or exchange your goods. If you wish to return any goods they must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition.

If you wish to return any goods you must ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you have opened any boxes to examine the product we recommend that you take care with the packaging and try not to damage it as it is specifically designed for the product. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge accordingly.

If you wish to cancel your order within the 14 days period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All returns must be accompanied by a valid returns authorisation number which can be obtained from our office.  You will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier.  If you can not appoint a courier the Love4Floors team will be happy to arrange the collection of goods, but costs are agreed on a price on application basis only: upon agreement the Love4floors team will advise to the best contact and address for any returned material.

Please note - the above returns rules do not apply to bespoke products, those products made to your specifications or any product that is cut from a roll to your required measurements.

Manufacturing fault claims                                          

Love4Floors hope your flooring is as expected and without fault. Regrettably, on very few occasions this may not be the case and we would like to apologise beforehand.

Prior to installation & product being installed, we know its important the conditions are appropriate for the floor you have selected. Please ask one of our team for the specific instructions ahead of your goods arriving.  This extra understanding will help you  & your project run in a timely manner.

To avoid unnecessary delays and inconvenience to you, it is important to check each board before installation to make sure you have the right product and to check it is without fault or damage. If you are unfortunate enough to notice a fault before installation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the matter as soon as possible and in accordance with your legal rights.

If, after installation, you are unfortunate enough for the product to develop a fault arising from the manufacturing process please complete our customer service form to enable us to act without delay and arrange an onsite inspection. This form is available upon request. If your floor exhibits changes in appearance or structure after installation, Love 4 floors can appointment an independent company to inspect your floor & provide an expert independent overview to the issue at hand. Independent inspector cost £120 & can take up to 10 working days from instruction to visit your project

Privacy and security

Your privacy is important to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. We may contact you occasionally via email with offers and information that may be of interest to you, but you may unsubscribe from this service at any time by following the instructions within the email.

All information gathered including any information given at the time of ordering is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

In those circumstances, we will notify the correct information to you, so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
